A QDRO needs to be specific, properly formatted, and legally compliant. Once the terms are agreed upon, the draft QDRO should be sent to the plan administrator of the Dement LLC 401(k) Plan for review (preapproval, if available). Once approved, the order is submitted to the court for a judge’s signature. Finally, the signed order is mailed to the plan for formal implementation.
At PeacockQDROs, we don’t just write the order and leave you to figure out the rest. We handle the entire lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to filing and final approval. That means fewer mistakes, quicker turnaround times, and a smoother process for you.
We’ve completed many QDROs and have worked with plans across all industries—including General Business plans like the Dement LLC 401(k) Plan sponsored by a Business Entity. Our team understands the intricacies and deadlines unique to these types of 401(k) programs.
